I use Code::Blocks, a free IDE for Windows and Linux...

And I use the Mingw/gcc compiler !!!
Make sure to get the C::B installation including the compiler...
My programs and libs may work with other compilers, but not guaranteed !!!
Some of my work may only run on Windows
others will also run on Linux
